What is it?
Our independent schemes are based in the heart of Lewisham Borough and offers support to people suffering from mental health and complex needs. Staff provide floating support.
We offer a variety of self-contained units or shared accommodation.
These schemes are designated to house individuals who have demonstrated a good capacity to maintain a tenancy and to look after their physical and mental wellbeing. Living in independent schemes allow our clients to experience the pros of living on their own, develop resilience, but still getting access to the support provided by their housing officer, when needed.
Support
We use person-centred planning tools to help identify with individuals what support they want in order to achieve their ambitions and goals. The support can include:

- Help with skills needed to maintain a tenancy (paperwork, budgeting, environment, health and safety)

People are encouraged to be actively involved in designing their support package, the running of each service and overall development of the Charity.
