This means that a group of our clients will meet quarterly with our management team in order to review the QVT service, policies and procedures – essentially giving our clients even more of a voice and ensuring that any issues and suggestions are regularly raised.
Last week the first group met to review the Client Handbook that is given to new clients on the admission date as part of their Welcome Pack. The group reviewed the information in the handbook and decided together what changes and improvements to make.
At the end of the session, one of the clients, Nicholas, shared his appreciation for the initiative and said ” it feels good to be helpful!”.
It was so valuable hearing from our clients first-hand – we can’t wait for the next group session!
