What is it?
Our Community schemes are located in the heart of Lewisham and Croydon Boroughs and offer support to people suffering from mental health and complex needs, who are learning to live independently, but still need support and empowerment from staff before moving back into the community.
We offer a range of shared houses with appropriate support. How much support and what type of support is dependent on the person’s needs and we aim to help our clients to maintain a tenancy, identify their strengths and goals, develop increased self-esteem, self-worth and confidence, and to integrate into their local community.
Our 7 hour schemes are tailored to individuals from different pathways: mental health, care leavers and rough sleepers.
Our community schemes for individuals with mental health, offer 7 to 3 hours support. Staff are on site every day, from Monday to Friday. They are located in Lewisham and Croydon.
In our Care leavers schemes, we offer 7hours support, 7 days per week. They are located in Lewisham and welcome individuals aged between 18 and 25 years old.
