We’re proud to share that Quo Vadis Trust (QVT) has once again been accredited by the ‘Great Place to Work’ scheme for 2025 – 2026 – making this the fourth consecutive year we’ve achieved this recognition.
At QVT, our team are at the heart of everything we do, so to be consistently recognised as a workplace where they feel valued, supported and inspired is something we’re delighted about.
What does being a ‘Great Place to Work’ mean?
The Great Place to Work accreditation is awarded following an independent, rigorous assessment based on employee feedback. It looks at trust, workplace culture, wellbeing, inclusivity, and how supported employees feel in their roles.
Being accredited means our staff have told us that QVT is a positive and supportive place to work – one where they feel engaged, proud of what they do, and motivated to make a difference.
This recognition matters because we know that when our team feels empowered and supported, they are able to provide the best possible care and services to our clients.
Looking ahead
We’re incredibly proud to hold this accreditation for the fourth year running and are committed to continuing to build on our workplace culture, supporting staff wellbeing, and celebrating the dedication of our fantastic team.
Ingrid Tennessee, CEO at QVT, says: “I want to thank every member of the QVT family who took the time to complete the survey – your voices are what make this recognition possible. I am incredibly proud to lead an organisation where compassion and love are at the heart of everything we do. At QVT, we believe that work should not just be about tasks and responsibilities, but about creating a sense of belonging, purpose, and care. We spend so much of our lives at work, and it means so much to know that our team feels this is a place they truly want to be.”
Thank you to all our staff for making Quo Vadis Trust such a special place to work! For more information on our current vacancies and employee benefits, see here: https://qvt.org.uk/vacancies/
