Quo Vadis Trust is proud to announce that our CEO, Ingrid Tennessee, has been shortlisted for the prestigious Lifetime Commitment to Wellbeing Award at the InsideOut Awards 2025. This recognition highlights Ingrid’s tireless dedication to improving mental health and wellbeing in the workplace, and she stands alongside four other outstanding candidates vying for the top honour.
The InsideOut Awards, an annual event celebrating organisations, initiatives, and individuals who champion mental health and wellbeing, have grown in prominence since their inception in 2020. Over the years, the awards have received more than 1000 nominations and recognised exceptional contributions across 90 individual workplaces.
Ingrid’s nomination is a testament to her leadership at Quo Vadis Trust, where she has consistently prioritised the mental health and wellbeing of both staff and service users. Under her guidance, Quo Vadis Trust has launched numerous initiatives aimed at creating a supportive and inclusive work environment, fostering resilience, and tackling the stigma around mental health.
Commenting on her nomination, Ingrid said, “I was very surprised and most humbled when I received the nomination. I do not do things for praise, but it was great to be acknowledged by someone within the team who took the time out of his busy schedule to nominate me. I’m blown away by this warm show of gratitude and appreciation for what I do and what comes naturally to me, which is to ensure that the people around me are looked after to the best of my abilities, so that they in turn can do the best that they can for our purpose here at QVT”.
The winner of the Lifetime Commitment to Wellbeing Award will be announced in June 2025. The awards ceremony promises to be a highlight of the year, bringing together some of the most influential figures and organisations in the field of workplace wellbeing.
At Quo Vadis Trust, Ingrid’s leadership has made a profound impact, not just within the organisation, but across the wider community. Her work continues to inspire change, demonstrating that when organisations take a proactive approach to mental health, they not only improve the wellbeing of their employees but also create a culture of care that can positively influence society at large.
