Here at QVT we’re proud to share that our CEO, Ingrid, was invited to the House of Lords for an amazing afternoon tea, as a runner up at The Wags (Women Achieving Greatness in Social Care) Awards back in December, and she took QVT’s Director of People, Mary-Anne Fiorini, with her!
The event was a lovely day of celebration for women achieving great things in social care (other runners up and winners at the awards also attended the tea), and Ingrid says of the event:
“It was a lovely day showcasing and celebrating women achieving amazing things within the social care sector, and it was an absolute pleasure to have Mary-Anne join me for this event. We both enjoyed the delicious spread that was put on for us, and I’d like to say that an event like this serves as a reminder that if we can do it, others can do it too! We hope to inspire other women in our sector to achieve and fulfil their ambitions, and to show that every one of us has a space and a place when it comes to achievement and being recognised for what we do for others within our community”
