Verdant Lane finalist for 2018 Housing Heroes Awards

Quo Vadis Trust are proud to have been named finalist for “Frontline Team of the Year” at the 2018 Housing Heroes Awards for our Verdant Lane Team.

The Housing Heroes Awards are facilitated by Inside Housing in partnership with the Chartered Institute of Housing to recognise excellence in housing, its implementation and diffusion. They showcase the very best the housing sector has to offer and provide organisations the opportunity to align their activities with innovation and leadership in the sector. The judging panel combines extensive industry knowledge and policy expertise with many years of experience in the fields of housing services, finance, and new build, bringing a wealth of relevant skills and knowledge.

This year, the Verdant Lane team submitted a nomination for the Frontline Team of the Year (under 12,000 homes) category. This category was looking for teams working on the frontline of housing which had made an outstanding contribution to help its organisation’s goals become reality by doing outstanding work to provide homes and services to be proud of.

Whilst the team did not win the overall award, we were delighted to be amongst the 11 shortlisted finalists. This is a fantastic result for the team and for Quo Vadis Trust. It is wonderful to receive some recognition for how hard the team works and the great work they are doing.
