On Saturday 23 September our CEO, Ingrid, along with an intrepid team of colleagues, will take on five miles and thirteen obstacles within undulating hills and thick mud in a bid to raise £5,000 for Quo Vadis Trust.
The Tough Mudder is a teamwork-based event designed to test all-round strength, stamina, mental grit and camaraderie. Our team will come face to face with an obstacle course filled with challenges which will test them to the core! Joining Ingrid on the team are our Chairman, Bill Puddicombe, Wellness Housing Officer Jessica Penketh, Biba Renoo (friend of QVT) and Ruth Gonsalves (friend of QVT). The team has been training hard for the challenge but in order to reach the target of £5,000 we need your help!
So far, we have raised just over £1,000. To help reach our target, we are asking family, friends, business contacts, local businesses and others to show their support by making a donation. If you would like to sponsor the team, we would be delighted – you can do so by visiting the QVT fundraising page here.
Thank you very much in advance for your generosity, which is hugely appreciated by all of us here at Quo Vadis Trust. All monies raised will be used to fund animal pet therapy therapeutic sessions and workshops provided by Animal Days Out, thus helping us meet our aim of providing care and support to people who have mental illness in South London.
