It is located a very quiet area of Forest Hill in the borough of Lewisham. Though flats do not come up often, these are ideal for clients who want to move on from shared accommodation into their own space.
Wellness Housing Officers phone and visit every two weeks to check on clients’ welfare whilst at the same time offering them the space and freedom which independent living offers. Their visits provide support with maintaining independence and include liaison with the DWP and utilities companies.
This housing related support also ensures that the general standard of the accommodation is maintained at an acceptable level. We depend on clients to report maintenance issues and once these are made known to us and we work to ensure that repairs are carried out quickly and effectively as needed by our maintenance team.
