Wellness Housing Officers offer dedicated input through fortnightly visits or phone calls to ensure that the client is sustaining holistic wellbeing and independence. Whilst respecting the individual’s need for autonomy, they input into various areas which the client may need support with, be it liaising, mediating or advocating with medical, social or other services. The level of support offered and given is agreed between client and WHO and this is flexible depending on level of wellness.

Clients are expected to maintain their property to a high standard. We depend on the client to report any maintenance issues and we work hard with our maintenance team to effectively remedy such issues.

Tanners Hill provides each client with a self-contained individual studio-style living space which includes a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchenette. Each apartment is fully furnished, comfortable and spacious, furnished with a bed, bedside table, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. Clients have a choice of furnishings.

Clients are responsible for paying their utility bills, e.g. water, electricity and gas. They are also expected to maintain their property to an acceptable standard. We depend on the clients to report any maintenance issues and we work hard with our maintenance team to effectively remedy such issues in a timely manner.

There are various useful local amenities close by to meet clients’ everyday needs and the area is well served by buses and trains.
