Wellness Housing Officers offer dedicated input through fortnightly visits or phone calls to ensure that the client is sustaining holistic wellbeing and independence. Whilst respecting the individual’s need for autonomy, they input into various areas in which the client may require support, for example liaising, mediating or advocating with medical, social or other services. The level of support offered and given is agreed between the client and the WHO, and this is flexible depending on the level of wellness.

The client is responsible for paying their utility bills, e.g. water, electricity and gas. They are also expected to maintain their property to an acceptable standard. We depend on the client to report any maintenance issues and we work hard with our maintenance team to effectively remedy such issues in a timely manner.
