Wellness Housing Officers will contact the residents every two weeks, either by phone or in a face to face meeting, to assist with any issues that they may have in connection with their bills, benefits or general housekeeping and to ensure that the general standard of the accommodation is maintained at a suitable level.

The staff team offer signposting for external support which may be required to ensure the safety and security of the individual while living in the flat.

Residents are required to maintain their accommodation to an acceptable standard to ensure that the general standard of cleanliness, safety and security within the property is sustained.

Quo Vadis Trust prides itself on working with clients to help them to develop and maintain independence. On this basis, therefore, a plan will be put in place soon after arrival to ensure that the services provided to assist with housing related needs can be reduced over time within a time frame that meets the individual’s needs, capabilities and aspirations.

Each flat provides the client with a bedroom, kitchen/living room, bathroom and hallway. Two of the flats are on the ground floor and have their own personal gardens. The remaining flat is on the first floor, reached by a flight of communal stairs. This has a small balcony accessed from the living room.
