It is Volunteers' Week from 1st to 7th June 2019. QVT are always grateful for the contribution of our Volunteers & Student Placements. To celebrate, we are hosting an Open Day at Verdant Lane on Tuesday 4th June from 1pm to 5pm. It will be an opportunity to visit our Art Exhibition, relax in our gardens & enjoy a BBQ buffet.

It is Mental Health Awareness Week from 13th May to 19th May 2019. This year's theme is: Body image – how we feel and think about our bodies


Towards the end of 2017, QVT decided they wished to recruit to a new post – that of Recovery Activity & Volunteer Coordinator.

Our CEO recently had the pleasure of visiting the LAPD Department initially as a guest of a colleague but then on introducing QVT’s purpose to the host, was accommodated to take an inside look at their Homelessness initiatives.





We are delighted to hear that Quo Vadis Trust has been selected as a finalist for the UK Housing Awards 2018 in the category of Outstanding approach to equality and diversity.

Quo Vadis Trust are proud to have been named finalist for "Frontline Team of the Year" at the 2018 Housing Heroes Awards for our Verdant Lane Team.

Our CEO was shortlisted for the Excellence In Diversity Awards. Although we did not win, we were honoured to receive the nomination, which would not have been possible were it not for the contributions from our diverse client base and workforce.

Earlier this year, Lewisham Council launched a new Mayor's Award for Volunteering. This award is designed to recognise people, community projects and businesses who volunteer in Lewisham.

September is National Recovery Month, a time when we celebrate recovery even more than we do every other day. The month provides a space to focus on what we are all doing in order to achieve recovery and bring communities together to celebrate what recovery means to us.

For Mental Health Awareness Week 2018 the focus is on stress. Mental Health Foundation have written a report that looks at the prevalence of stress in the UK and its implications.

On Saturday 23 September our CEO, Ingrid, along with an intrepid team of colleagues, will take on five miles and thirteen obstacles within undulating hills and thick mud in a bid to raise £5,000 for Quo Vadis Trust.


Grow Wild is the national outreach initiative of the Royal Botanic Gardens at Kew. Its mission is to encourage people to change lives and transform spaces through native UK wildflowers and fungi. It wants people to work in groups, get active and learn about nature, and thus improve health and wellbeing as well as urban and unloved spaces across the UK. Their work is supported by the Big Lottery Fund as well as public and private contributions.

On 23rd September 2017 Team QVT got dirty for a good cause. Our CEO, Ingrid, Chairman, Bill, Wellness Officer, Jessica & Friend of QVT, Ruth, all completed the Tough Mudder Challenge.

On 27th September 2017, QVT were pleased to welcome our first Client for our brand new Portland Road Scheme. Portland Road is an addition to our Croydon portfolio, and consists of 7 self contained studios delivered to a modern and high spec standard.



A Happy Easter to all our Clients at Quo Vadis Trust. Today, our CEO, Ingrid, & new Head of Finance, Steve, are travelling around our Schemes delivering yummy Chocolate Easter Eggs. At Elmwood Lodge, our Care Home in Sidcup, Clients are having fun participating at a Hat Craft Group.
